Production facilities
Computerised drawing office
Computer-aided design (CAD) systems. Our skilful team of engineers and graphic designers draw and detail production, assembly and parts book drawings for each of our drilling machines. Typically one of our drilling machines comprise of 1000 individual parts.
CNC (Computerised Numerical Control) machining centres
The majority of PAT machining of components is carried out in one of the CNC machine tools in the PAT factory.
The company has access to high tensile steel stocks to produce a full range of precision components.
Bits and drill pipes manufacture
All rotary drilling tools are made in house with precision turned CNC tapered threads conforming to API standards using the required tensile grade of steel. Our craftsmen of years experience are well practiced in the skills of producing a quality range of drill pipe and drill bits. All the individual elements of a drilling machine are manufactured in our workshop.
Packing and delivery
We take great care in how equipment is dispatched to our customers from our works. All packing is carried out in house at the PAT factory ensuring full sets of components are clearly marked and packed with the greatest attention to detail.
With more than 15 years of international trading experience, PAT manages and handles every aspect of the export process.
PAT AFRICA
The focus of PATdrill Africa is to supply after sales service to the East African region through the development and deployment of African technical support staff. This team works closely with engineers from PAT Bangkok factory giving support technical advice services, commissioning and training on equipment and supply spare parts directly to clients.
As an alternate service to contacting PAT head office we have a network of independent dealers - who are personally available in East Africa to assist customers with sales & service issues relating to PAT equipment and operational supplies.
