PAT-Drill manufactures all drill pipes and threaded accessories in-house at our factory in Thailand. We source the best quality high tensile steels and process every component using CNC machining centres to ensure precision and consistency. The tool joints are permanently attached using a CNC-controlled inertia friction welding process that creates stronger bonds while preserving the steel’s original strength.
As PAT-Drill manufactures drill pipes ourselves at our factory in Thailand, we also offer custom specifications (e.g. length, size, thread connection, etc.) of drill pipes for special drilling requirements.
