Our foam injection pump is a high-pressure triplex piston pump designed to facilitate drilling operations when using compressed air in soft to hard rock formations. The pump is also highly effective for cleaning drilling rigs and ancillary equipment.

Product Description

PAT-Drill’s foam injection pump is mounted on a portable skid frame, powered by a reliable small engine (diesel or petrol), and mechanically driven by dual V-belts with safety guard for secure operation.

PAT-Drill designs and manufactures the foam injection pumps at our factory in Thailand, ensuring reliable performance and quality control for demanding drilling applications.

How It Works:

The foam injection pump draws water or foam mixture through a suction hose from a tank. The high-pressure system then delivers the foam through an injection hose directly to the drilling operations or through an adjustable jet gun for cleaning applications. Flow output is regulated by a flow control valve, and the system pressure is regulated by an adjustable pressure relief valve fitted with a pressure gauge.

Applications:

Essential for air drilling operations in rock formations where foam injection improves cutting removal and reduces dust. Also, ideal for maintaining and cleaning drilling rig and equipment between operations.
