Our reamers and reamer-stabilisers ensure accurate borehole dimensions and improved drilling efficiency in various geological formations.   PAT-Drill manufactures a complete range of reamers and reamer-stabilisers at our factory in Thailand. All tools feature high-grade tungsten carbide cutting elements on a 3-wing design, providing reliable cutting performance and extended service life. As PAT-Drill manufactures reamers and reamer-stabilisers ourselves at our factory in Thailand, we also offer custom dimensions for special drilling requirements.

How It Works:

Reamers follow behind the pilot bit to enlarge the borehole to the required diameter. The tungsten carbide cutting elements scrape away formation material while the stabilising wings maintain contact with the borehole wall, ensuring straight hole trajectory and preventing deviation.
